My Planted Pantry
delicious everyday eats for the plant-forward foodie
welcome to my delicious little life…
…where food is the main character. So much so that I became a personal chef in NYC to spend my time in home-kitchens developing recipes and sharing really good food with the world. As a homebody and lover of all things comfy-cozy, it just made sense. I gravitate toward casual food that both satisfies and nourishes, all using the power of plant-based ingredients. This space is where it all comes together - menus, recipes, grocery lists, stocking guides, tips, recs, etc.
I can cook a memorable dinner for twenty people no problem, I can prep a week of delicious meals in just a few hours, I can create a crave-worthy vegetarian version of just about any dish. It’s what I’ve spent the majority of my time and energy on throughout my whole life. And this is where I’ll spill it all out, share the know-how, the how-to.
For me, food is more than just what I eat, more than fuel - it runs the show, sets the scene lays the foundation. With two kiddos under three, my newest adventure is building the traditions that will guide our life as a family - from holidays and special occasions to weeknight dinners and Sunday brunches, my life has become dedicated to creating memories and expanding their minds, and for me, the best way to do that is through food.
I want this to be a frequently visited space, for me and for you. One where my life is laid out - from the books I’m reading and the restaurants I’m loving, to the trends I’m seeing and recipes I’m working on. My newsletter, Of the Moment, will go over all that good stuff. This is also a place to share the written out recipes from my Reels, Shorts and TikTok videos, along with the curated kitchen stock list that many of my recipes are based around.
